Happy Halloween

For Halloween we went to our church for a Harvest Festival. It was lots of fun. Connor loved dressing up in he astronaut suite and showing it off.

First Winter Storm

The first snow storm Connor couldn't wait to go play. He was running a temp of 102 and that didn't seem to stop him from having fun.

When it finally stoped we ended up with about 1 1/2 inches. Everything was covered.

HARVEST TIME

Now that is getting cold I pulled what I could from the garden. Finally a whole summer of hard work has paid off ( I think).

GRADUATION DAY!!!

After many hours of sitting in class rooms and writing papers Wes finally graduated with his bachelors of science in business administration in management and human resources! We are so proud of him. His mom came in from Texas and his neice came in from Cedar City and stayed with us. It was great to hang out with them. Wes was thinking of going on to get his masters, but then changed his mind because he feels that it will not be worth it... well after the big graduation he is thinking of going back again.

Our First Official Camping Trip!

Our church planned the trip and it was lots of fun. It was nice to hang out with everyone and relax. I can't wait to go camping again.

First Day of School!

What a big day! I was so proud of him. He did great and he really likes his teacher. Only a few tears and most of them were mine.

He was all smiles when I picked him up!

PLAY DAY!

We had a few hours until we had to pick Wes up from the airport so Connor and I decided to go play!

First we went to Hill Aerospace Museum and had so much fun looking at all the planes, but the best part was the hands on room where Connor got to dress up like an astronaut.

Next we went to the Dino park in Ogden... it was hot, but we had lots of fun!

Cherry Hill

We went to Cherry Hills the first summer we had our trailer (in 2007). We had so much fun that we planned on going every year. Well things happen and we have not gone till now. We stayed two nights and had so much fun. Next year we are going to make it 3 nights and relax a little more.

We had the best spot!

We had to find a Wal-Mart the first day - we forgot some things. Connor found these PJ and he had to have them along with the Woody blanket. I think he would have lived in them the whole time. As you can see Woody also joined us on our trip.

We spent most of the time in the Lazy River. Connor loved his alligator.

Before we headed home we played a game of miniature golf.

We are happy to be home, but we already planing our next trip....

4th of July!

As most of you know Connor has a blockage in his tummy. We have done everything from x-rays to blood tests. His doctor sent us to a GI doctor at Primary Children's. They have a bowl program that we started this weekend. We had fireworks, but not the kind you are thinking. I knew that we would be staying very close to home so we got a slipin' slide. Connor had so much fun. It was nice to see him forget about all the yucky stuff he has had to drink. I think he will need to continue this program one more week. Please keep him in your prayers.
